CONFERENCE Housing and Meals REGISTRATION


Purchase your housing and meals plans for the upcoming Conference below! Here you are able to select whether you want a single or double room, your arrival dates and your meal plan. If you need to arrive the evening before or stay the evening after your housing plan dates, please let us know in the office and we'll sort things out with you on an individual basis. If you want any "A la carte" meals the evening before or the morning after your meal plan, please go ahead and purchase those in the store now.

No, we have plenty of space available


Are there any triple rooms?

No, only single and double rooms. Rooms are in pods so you can request to be near someone.


Are there bathrooms in each room?

No, shared bathrooms are across the hall from your room

Air Conditioning? Yes Elevators? Yes Laundry? Yes, though it is not handled by TES Handicapped Rooms? Yes, please email us if you need one


Check-in procedures will be shared with everyone as we approach the Conference.

Pre-Conference Housing and Meals


Pre-Conference Housing covers your room for the pre-Conference workshops. Check-in is on Tuesday, July 23 and checkout is Friday, July 26 (unless you are staying for the Conference). The Pre-Conference meal plan is from breakfast on Wednesday, July 25 through lunch on Friday, July 26. You can purchase your pre-Conference single room ($35/night), a double room ($28/night), and meal plan below.

CONFERENCE HOUSING AND MEALS


Conference Housing covers your room for the Conference. Check-in is on Friday, July 26 and checkout is Sunday, July 28 (unless you are staying for the post-Conference). If you are also taking a pre-Conference Workshop you will not need to change rooms. The Conference meal plan is from breakfast on Saturday, July 27 through dinner on Sunday, July 28. You can purchase your Conference single room ($35/night), a double room ($28/night), and meal plan below.

Post-CONFERENCE HOUSING AND MEALS


Post-Conference Housing covers your room for the post-Conference workshops. Check-in is on Sunday, July 28 and checkout is Wednesday, July 31. If you will be here for the Conference already you will not need to change rooms. The post-Conference meal plan is from breakfast on Monday, July 29 through lunch on Wednesday, July 31. You can purchase your post-Conference single room ($35/night), a double room ($28/night), and meal plan below.

Miscellaneous Meals and Housing


If you need to purchase miscellaneous, "a la carte" meals and extra housing for either before or after a workshop/Conference, you can do so here. Please let us know which days your extra meals and housing are for.

Conference and Workshop Registration


Registration for the upcoming Conference and Workshops will open at 12:00 pm eastern time on February 6th, 2024. For now you can look through the classes until we open registration. The full prospectus will be posted on the Conference page of our website on February 6th. If you have any questions you can reach out to the office.


You may register for one pre-Conference and one post-Conference Workshop. Each Workshop requires a $60 materials fee which you must also add to your cart below. The stock will increase and items will no longer be listed as "Unavailable" when we open registration on Tuesday.
