TES Conference Registration Fees:

Pre-Conference Workshops

Select the one that applies for the pre-Conference Workshop registration. A $50 fee will be added for attendees (excludes students) registering for Teresa Ulldemolins Aguadé (Note: student slots in workshops are limited to 2 per workshop and will be filled on a first come-first served basis. Unfilled student slots will be filled from Workshop wait-lists on May 3rd, 2022.)

Lodging

Room reservations must be made directly with the Arrowmont housing registrar, Cynthia Bellacone. You can make reservations starting April 1, 2022. The phone number is 865-436-5860

Lodging payments are due at the time of registration. Payments are refundable minus a $75 cancellation fee retained by Arrowmont.

Meal Plans

Meals can be purchased according to the following plans.

Pre-Conference Meals (August 3-5) includes 3 breakfasts, 3 lunches, 2 dinners

Main Conference Meals (August 6-7) includes 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, 2 dinners

Post-Conference Meals (August 8-10) includes 3 breakfasts, 3 lunches, 2 dinners

Refunds and Cancellations

Conference fees are refundable on or before July 1, 2022, less a 10% admin fee; after July 1, 2022 less a 25% admin fee. Workshop fees will not be refundable after July 1, 2022 if the resulting vacancy cannot be filled. Cancellation notification must be made in writing by letter, fax, or email.
