All donations will be shipped directly to The Enamelist Society's office: 1875 Old Alabama Road Suite 1230, Roswell, GA 30076. Please send us an image of the donation for posting on The Enamelist Society website (www.enamelistsociety.org) once you complete this form. Please format as a .jpg file and send to kdaddamio@enamelistsociety.org. Images must be no larger than 1500 pixels on the long side.
