The Enamellers Association in Australia
now has a web site.
The Association has decided to promote the work of Australian enamelists’ world wide. Their intent is not to offer work for sale by members, but to show that they are an active and viable enameling community. They hope that it will be an opportunity for overseas enamellers to make or renew contact with their members.
While slow at collecting photos from members, they are posting back issues of The Australian Enamellers Newsletter on the site, the first 40 of which are available in .pdf form. They have another 60 to come. These documents cover information about enameling and are invaluable reference documents for beginner enamelists.
They would love any feedback from readers, and welcome the opportunity to link with overseas enamelists. Please contact Lyn Blackman on behalf of the Enamellers Association. (posted 5/19/08)
