	Conference Registration Fees
	Member registration - $285
	Non-Member registration - $340
	Student registration - $160 (with a valid current ID from a degree granting program)
	Single Day Registration - $115 includes all events scheduled for that day excludes all events requiring separate payment
	Late fee after July 17 - $40
	Workshop Registration Fees*
	Member workshop fee - $285
	Non-Member workshop fee - $350
	KVO workshop fee - $375
	Student workshop fee - $160 2 slots in each workshop, excluding the KVO workshop, have been set aside for students with a valid student ID from a degree granting program, at this reduced fee. Unfilled slots after May 1, 2009 will be filled by workshop registrants on the workshop waitlist.

	PEI Back-to-Basics SEMINAR Fee
	Seminar only - $50
	Seminar and Conference Registration - $310
	Pre-registered Event Meals
	Pre-Conference Workshop box lunches - $50
	Post-Conference Workshop box lunches - $50
	Conference Meals - $58 includes coffee breaks, Saturday evening buffet dinner and Sunday sit down lunch

Refunds and Cancellations
Cancellation request notification must be made in writing to The Enamelist Society. Notices
received on or before July 17 will result in refund of fees paid minus 10%; notices received after
July 17 will result in refund of fees paid minus 25%. Refund policy for workshop fees is the same
EXCEPT that no refund will be given for notices received after July 17 if the resulting workshop
vacancy cannot be filled.
