Transportation

Because we have workshops in Columbus, OH, Bellevue, KY and Kent, OH, we will be organizing transportation to and from Columbus and the workshop cities - before and after the conference. In addition, we will have transportation on site in Newport, KY and in Kent, OH during the workshops to move attendees from the hotel to the studios, etc.

If you desire transportation to and/or from Columbus to a pre or post conference workshop, please notify us by checking the appropriate box on the registration form. Currently, the cost for a one-way trip is estimated to be $40 and we will be booking the appropriate size of bus/van depending on who registers for transportation.

For more information on van/shuttles and ride shares contact Susan Perdue.
