MOTION: To amend the motion passed in 2000 (Words in CAPS are added words):
Motion to contact artists accepted into the exhibition if their slides OR DIGITAL IMAGE are not of exhibition quality, and offer them the opportunity to submit another slide OR DIGITAL IMAGE.
MOTION: To accept the report and budget for Library, recommended by Coral Shaffer, $250.
MOTION: To donate $100. to C.E.R.F.
