About The Enamelist Society

The Enamelist Society, Inc. is a volunteer arts organization founded in 1987 for the purpose of promoting the art of enameling. It is organized as a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation in the State of Ohio and a set of By-Laws for governance. Any individual or organization may join The Enamelist Society simply by filling in a membership application and paying the yearly dues.

The Society distributes a quarterly newsletter to its membership and has an on-line newsletter called FuseNews. It maintains a lending library of both enamel-related literature and images. Catalogues and CDs for the Society's juried exhibitions are available for sale online. The Society also grants money on a yearly basis to further the promotion and practice of the medium.
